Project Overview
This Pacific Heights remodel included a roof-level living space addition and a full three-story deck rebuild integrated with lower-level structural and interior upgrades. Designed to replace a deteriorated rooftop and capture panoramic Bay views, the project balanced high design with long-term resilience against San Francisco’s coastal weather.
AMC led the effort from pre-construction through completion, aligning architect and engineer on sequencing, waterproofing, and material methods. The work was executed four stories above an occupied home with limited access, combining precision staging, durable envelope detailing, and finishes in cedar, copper, stainless steel, and glass.
Only the upper levels are shown here — interior and lower-level work are being documented for future publication.
