Andrew Mark Construction (AMC) is an established, stable, and growing San Francisco-based company that values hard work, reliability, and work-life balance. We specialize in remodels and renovations of High-End homes within San Francisco. We are looking for a superstar Laborer to join our team!
Primary Function: Under the direction of the Carpenter, Mid-Level Carpenter, or Foreman, the Laborer is responsible for assisting in the completion of tasks directed. This includes but is not limited to construction demolition, tracking time accurately, returning unused materials, keeping jobsite clean, and, most important, the “Scope of Work” is completed to the Company’s standard of quality and professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the job site is cleaned, tools are setup and put away, and the job site is locked up daily
2. Assist Carpenter in basic tasks
3. Return unused materials to the proper vendor
4. Keep the shop and container organized
5. Complete maintenance on shop vehicles and keep them clean
6. Accurately track time and tags daily
7. Have 100% safety standards on all jobsites
Skills, Qualifications, and Knowledge:
1. No previous experience is required
2. Must be capable of physical of manual labor
3. Ability to follow verbal direction
4. Work well with others
5. Must provide own transportation to and from the job site
6. Clean DMV record and valid Driver’s license
7. Able to read, write, and speak English (Spanish is an asset)
8. Able to complete task list in the order given
